Service Policies

CANCELING OR REBOOKING

In order to accommodate all clients wishing to be seen, our cancellation/rescheduling policy is as follows: 

 

ALL PRICES ARE NON NEGOTABLE AS I USE ONLY THE TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS AND GIVE CARE TO EVERY GUEST THAT SITS IN MY CHAIR. 

WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING YOU AS OUR GUEST

We require a $25 non refundable deposit to book. The deposit will be deducted at the end of service during check out. Please keep in mind the appointment is not your until we receive the deposit and send you a confirmation.

Please provide a cancellation/rescheduling notice 48 hours prior to your appointment to use the same deposit, you can reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of your original date.

No show clients will be charged the full amount of the service. Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from our cancellation policy.

If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, we may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated service at the full price.

More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fees will apply.

When inquiring about an appointment please allow 48 hours for reply.
